Real-time Intelligent Image Processing

Spectral Devices Inc. develops custom software solutions for a variety of applications. We have developed an extensive library of intelligent image processing algorithms for segmentation and identification of objects captured using multispectral imaging technology.  The example shown below is a false color freeze frame of food material falling from the end of a conveyor at 1m/s (bottom image).  A small foreign object was introduced into the flow and detected in real-time with our multispectral detection software (white overlay in top image).  The unique design of our detection software provided high detection accuracy with a low false positive rate.
