Integration and Customization
Easily integrate the HSIS into your workflow with flexible hardware and software options. Customize illumination timing, spectral bands, and triggering modes to match your process requirements—whether for lab automation, in-line inspection, or field deployment. The system adapts to your needs for seamless hyperspectral imaging integration.

Hyperspectral Imaging Applications
Our hyperspectral imaging system captures high-resolution spectral data across 20 bands from 365 nm to 970 nm, providing accurate, non-invasive analysis for a broad range of applications. Whether monitoring crop health, identifying pigments in artworks, or detecting mineral compositions, the system delivers precise spectral insights in both laboratory and field settings. Its versatility makes it an invaluable tool in agriculture, environmental science, cultural heritage, industrial inspection, and scientific research.

High Spatial and Spectral Resolutions
Engineered for advanced spectral analysis, the HSIS hyperspectral imaging system delivers outstanding spatial and spectral performance—available in 6 MP and 20 MP sensor options. With 20 independently tunable spectral channels ranging from 365 nm to 970 nm, the system captures high-definition spectral data across the full visible and near-infrared spectrum. Each channel is illuminated using a high-power, narrowband LED, precisely selected to maximize spectral purity and minimize overlap. The LED-based illuminator ensures stable, uniform, and repeatable lighting conditions across all wavelengths, enabling accurate reflectance measurements and consistent image quality. This integrated, actively controlled illumination system supports rapid sequential scanning, making it ideal for applications that require both fine spectral discrimination and high spatial detail.

Hyperspectral Capture Software
The Hyperspectral Capture software is designed for seamless control and analysis of hyperspectral imaging data. It automatically detects connected components such as the camera and illuminator, allowing for quick setup and reliable operation. Users can easily program illumination sequences using a spreadsheet-style interface with full control over each spectral channel's on/off state and timing. During acquisition, the software provides real-time image display alongside live spectral plotting, enabling immediate insights. Users can select regions of interest (ROI) within the image to perform targeted spectral analysis and visualize the corresponding spectral signatures. Multiframe TIFF capture with embedded metadata ensures thorough documentation, while the built-in spectral flattening feature provides calibrated reflectance outputs for accurate and repeatable measurements.

Built in Reflectance Sensor
The system includes a built-in reflectance sensor designed to ensure accurate and consistent hyperspectral measurements across all spectral channels. Positioned within the imaging path, this sensor continuously monitors illumination intensity and surface reflectance, enabling the system to apply real-time calibration during image acquisition. By using the reflectance sensor data, the software performs spectral flattening, a process that corrects for illumination variations and ensures the output images represent true reflectance values.
