Example multispectral video

Example of a multispectral video of a leafy house plant collected with a MSIS-AGRI-1-A camera.  The top video shows the 4 individual bands (580, 660, 735, and 820 nm) collected with the imaging system at 5 FPS.  The middle video shows the NDVI video reconstructed from the 4-band video.  The bottom video contains the grayscale frames reconstructed from the 4-band frames. Frames were captured every 200 ms at a distance of 10 to 100 cm from the plant.  Exposure time was 1 ms per frame.  The camera was fitted with a 16mm standard lens set to an aperture of f/5.6.  The field of view was 0.7 m x 0.7 m at 1 m.
